Partner-In-Charge of managing landscape design services for over 25 new branch site locations as well as site renovations to existing facilities. In concert with this specialty architecture, the landscape design reflects the character of the site and client goals. Seamlessly blending into and with the surrounding developments, each site is landscape designed with region in mind as evident with plant and paving selections. Depending upon each site layout and conditions specific amenities such as water features are incorporated into the landscape. From Master Developer to government agencies, our plans are developed to achieve the proper approvals in a timely fashion to meet the client's schedule, design and construction goals.

Retail Centers:
The Commons at Palm Creek, Mesa Ranch Plaza, CottonFlower Marketplace, Surprise Farms Marketplace, Copper Sky Marketplace.

Dan's role as Project Manager and Lead Landscape Designer is responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of landscape plans including planting, paving and irrigation systems for large-scale regional shopping centers. Located at major aerial intersections, these shopping centers range in size from 10 acres to over 50 acres. From on the onset, the landscape carefully balances the client goals by creating designs that provide impact at installation while maintaining a sustainable arrangement of plantings for these harsh retail environments. Driven by fast-pace schedules, we thrive to provide plans that meet client goals of timeliness and budget.

In-fill Residential Communities:

Creating lush and inviting environment of plants, paving and specialty amenities such as water features and community identity of walls and custom gate design are Dan's expertise. As with all of our in-fill work, key strategies to designing landscapes for these new developments include maximizing views, creating buffers from adjacent uses and providing an appearance with an established look.

"It is something to be able to paint a particular picture, or to carve a statue, and so to make a few objects beautiful; but it is far more glorious to carve and paint the very atmosphere and medium through which we look. To affect the quality of the day - that is the highest of arts."
-Henry David Thoreau
